On Kylie Kiser's blog, Kiser recalled that her MB200 certification study group recently turned their attention to workflows.
Kiser stated that one thing that's confusing about workflows is knowing which user the workflow will run as.
This user's name will show up as the Modified By and/or Created By for records dealt with in the process. This user is different depending on the type of workflow being used.
In her blog post, Kiser explained asynchronous workflows, on-demand workflows, real-time workflows, and child workflows.

Notification for changes to user settings
On her blog, Megan Walker examined three settings that users can access in their personal options under the Email tab.
Walker noted that these three settings can cause a lot of frustration.
Each setting has its own challenges if a user changes them from what your organisation deems to be 'right option.' In this post we will look at creating a notification which will trigger when a user changes any of these three settings.
