Two UK Fire and Rescue services collaborate to deploy FireWatch built on Azure

Working with Infographics, the West Sussex and Surrey Fire and Rescue services in the UK have are collaborating to use the FireWatch program, based on Microsoft Azure. The FireWatch cloud system is intended to help with asset management and schedule management, with SMS workflows, HR, payment, training and development integrations or fleet tracking.

"West Sussex Fire & Rescue Service and Surrey Fire & Rescue Service have joined forces to provide their communities with the best possible and future proof IT system to ensure that Surrey Control have up to the minute appliance availability across the county," said Steven Hayes, watch manager for West Sussex fire-rescue unit FC20, in an interview with MSDW.
