Quisitive acquires Microsoft partner Corporate Renaissance Group

Quisitive Technology Solutions announced that it is acquiring all shares of Corporate Renaissance Group, an Ottawa-based Microsoft technology and consulting provider.

The acquisition was facilitated and carried out through IT ExchangeNet, a Microsoft channel mergers and acquisitions firm, bringing the firm's total number of acquisitions to seven in the last two years.

The acquisition of CRG and its 4500 clients worldwide is an important part of Quisitive's strategy as it works to expand offerings of blockchain, IoT, machine learning and artificial intelligence for its customers.
