Formstack acquires online data integration platform Bedrock Data

Workplace productivity solution vendor Formstack announced it has acquired data integration platform provider Bedrock Data.

The move is part of Formstack's effort to build out its suite of data collection products that includes its form building tools, data sync, document generation, process automation, and payments solutions, according to a company statement.

Bedrock will give Formstack customers access to 14 integrations, including Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, HubSpot and Marketo, according to the company. They advised that additional integrations will be released to customers in the months ahead.

Bedrock Data took a Series A round of funding in 2015.
