Want to Examine What are all the Solution Changes Applied to My CRM Organization Last Year?

On his SuperCRM blog, Ragavendran Padmanabhan stated that most Dynamics CRM customers will want to identify the historic changes that have been implemented to their CRM organization.

According to Padmanabhan, in multifaceted development projects it's challenging to track the customizations made to the CRM system in the same way that you track other changes in other applications.

Options Sets and Statuscode - Doing Some Testing

On his It Ain't Boring: Exploring Dynamics 365 blog, Alex Shlega stated that recently there have been some question in the community forums regarding some kind of inconsistency about how the statuscode optionset behaved. So Shlega decided to do some testing to get to the bottom of the issue.

First he created a new custom entity, then he added two additional status reasons and a new option set field. You can see what the form should look like here. Next Shlega tested to determine how the option set control methods worked in different scenarios.
