Canada's Strike Energy Live with Dynamics AX 2012 R2

Hitachi Solutions Canada has just completed the successful go-live implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 at Strike Energy. The project also included Hitachi Solutions' Build//AX solution, a solution built on Dynamics AX and tailored to the construction industry.

After previous failed attempts with other vendors, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 was successfully implemented with Hitachi Solutions Canada on schedule in seven months and within two per cent of the established budget. Divided into three phases starting February of 2014 and going live Sept. 1, 2014.

The implementation of Dynamics AX is expected to give Strike greater insight into their project lifecycle, standardize business processes, create a signle system of record for operations and financial reporting, and improve financial visibility and project controls.

Stoneridge Software Adds Kansas City Office

Microsoft Dynamics AX partner Stoneridge Software is launching an office in Overland Park, Kansas office with members of the Microsoft Dynamics AX division of the PSC Group LLC, who recently decided to move their Dynamics AX practice to Stoneridge Software. As part of the transition agreement, Stoneridge Software will be assuming support for the existing PSC Group customers on Dynamics AX.
