Microsoft’s Gates and Nadella speak about CEO announcement
Microsoft's founder and first CEO, Bill Gates, and its new CEO, Satya Nadella, have now made statements on today's news.
Gates took to YouTube to talk about Satya's ability to lead the company and his plans to "substantially increase" his time commitment to the company.
Nadella's email to employees is out now as well. He also talks about the kind of vision that won him the job - a vision that looks well beyond Microsoft's PC and Windows roots and into a decade of computing that "will become even more ubiquitous and intelligence will become ambient."
