Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013: More favorite features from the field
The release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 is just around the corner. And as the date draws near Microsoft has loosened its NDA restrictions, more partners and CRM professionals have started sharing their favorite new features. And in the last two weeks there has been plenty more sharing by CRM professionals who have been able to dive into the product.

Introduction to Actions in CRM 2013
Inogic's CRM team wrote a new post introducing Actions in CRM 2013. In Dynamics CRM 4 there were workflows that could be used for asynchronous processing of business logic, generally used for setting up automated actions and defining sales process in Dynamics CRM. But since Dynamics CRM 2011, the workflows became a category under Processes and another category called Dialogs was introduced that enabled the execution of Dialog scripts to set up process flows to guide the salespeople through the sales process using a question/answer format.
In Dynamics CRM 2013, the Processes have been extended to include Business Process Flow and Actions in addition to the categories from the previous versions.
