ActiveBatch Automation Improves Microsoft Dynamics AX Extension

Advanced Systems Concepts Inc. (ASCI) has released a new version of ActiveBatch that improves its automation capabilities for Microsoft environments.

The new release features new integration with Microsoft System Center Orchestrator 2012 and major enhancements into the existing Microsoft Dynamics AX Extension, according to company officials.

Building on the ActiveBatch Dynamics AX Extension announced last October, the enhanced version offers a number of improvements and refinements including:

• Users can more dynamically schedule and automate Microsoft Dynamics AX batch processes and integrate them throughout the enterprise with process types from other applications and data sources.
• New Job Steps simplify the automation and management of build and release processes for Microsoft Dynamics AX environments.

Herschel Supply Manages Thousands of eCommerce Orders in Five Months Using nChannel Connector

The Herschel Supply Company is using nChannel's Magento and Microsoft Dynamics GP connectors to integrate its eCommerce and fulfillment systems.,

nChannel, in collaboration with Tacit Management Consulting, began the integration in November, enabling Herschel to streamline its fulfillment process for the critical holiday season.
