Network Automation Launches AutoMate 9: Automates Microsoft Dynamics CRM Operations

Business process automation software vendor, Network Automation, has rolled out the latest versions of its software solutions-AutoMate 9 and AutoMate BPA Server 9. AutoMate 9 adds SharePoint automation as well as automation of a range of entity data management activities within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM software.

AutoMate 9's new Dynamic CRM integration includes the ability to work with entities in various ways. Available data management activities within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM software include creating, deleting, updating, querying, retrieval, storage and reporting of all the customers', product and order data.

IT professionals, who may not be programmers, create straight through processing and workflow to tie things together. Company officials said. Another use case for AutoMate 9 is automating the interaction with a search engine.  For example, a user can put 5,000 search strings into a search engine. The user can then create a script to download that in a matter of minutes, and his computer will do it in the background throughout the entire day, officials said. Then the software can take all the search results, put them into a spreadsheet, and automatically email it to interested parties, according to company officials.

Other new features of the platforms include:

  • Extending AutoMate 9's cloud automation to Azure for off-site data management
  • Automation of OCR-converting multiple text format documents into stored data is now automated, covering formats such as PDF, TIFF, JPEG, BMP, and GIF.
  • Adds six new languages, builds upon the Unicode compliance released with AutoMate 8 to include six new languages.
