As disclosed at Worldwide Partner Conference, Microsoft has announced the formal beta release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011for both cloud-based and on-premises deployments. This beta marks the worldwide rollout of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online service from Microsoft's global datacenters as it is publicly available in eight languages and 36 markets. Beta for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 on-premises is also ready for download in all markets and eight languages.

While the broader Dynamics CRM community has awaited the beta release, many partners have already identified popular enhancements in the new version, including better solution deployment tools, the ability to customize Dynamics CRM Online, improved UI elements like the ribbon toolbar, and more dashboarding capabilities.

Other new features include a new native Microsoft Outlook client, contextual SharePoint document repository integration, RoleTailored design and user personalization, guided process dialogs, Windows Azure integration, and the Microsoft Dynamics Marketplace, which will enter beta later this month.
