Save Money, Time, and Sanity: Turn off Your Posting Reports: From Belinda Allen, the GP CSI: "I get asked during every new implementation "which posting reports should I keep?" If you ask which reports I keep, the answer is... None. OK, there is an exception to every rule, and the exception here is I keep some payroll posting reports and bank reconciliation posting reports and NOTHING ELSE, not even year ending closing reports.
"Why? Because I can reprint any of them at any time. Why waste paper and trees? Why pay rent for extra space to store filing cabinets (that I'd have to buy) to store paper with toner (that I also have to buy) for reports that I'll never need and if I do I'd probably just reprint them anyway! Not to mention, I do not have time to file them! Look at your desk, I bet you have a stack of posting reports sitting there waiting to be filed."
Why Can't I Maximize Certain Windows in GP 10? Developing for Dynamics GP explains: "A recent support case asked ‘Why can't I maximise my Payable Transaction Entry Distribution window?'.
