"De-Mystifying" CRM License Key Problems. It seems a chronic problem with Microsoft CRM has to do with license keys that don't work quite right. The problem is continuing with CRM 4.0, according to the company's UK blog. A team member observes that, "quite frankly, we didn't make this particularly easy for you." In an effort to "de-mystify the whole process," this team member explains the eight different kinds of license keys, as well as why there might be license key problems in going from a trial to real version of CRM 4.0.
Just What Is Dynamics Entrepreneur Supposed to Do? It seems there's some confusion about Dynamics Entrepreneur Solution, introduced recently in the Netherlands. Interesting discussion.
