Justin has over 15 years' experience in the IT industry working with small medium sized and enterprise clients, with a consultative approach, to better understand requirements and deliver appropriate, scalable and cost reducing business solutions. He's been working with Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM since 1997, but has a real passion for CRM and the benefits it can provide. In 2006 Justin set up his own Microsoft partnership specialising in CRM and GP before joining Advantage in 2014 to grow and build the CRM and BI Business Unit.
