Dynamics GP: Strategies for Multi-Entity Environments

Every organization with multiple entities--subsidiaries, outlets, offices--faces a similar challenge: how to set up the database. Should the organization implement a single database or multiple databases? This paper uses company examples to help guide users through the situations that are most appropriate for single databases and for multiple databases. It suggests using the flexibility of Microsoft Dynamics GP to overcome the complexity of multi-entity deployments.
