Andretti Indoor Karting & Games has experienced rapid, multi-location growth over the past decade, prompting the need for a financial platform that could scale alongside the business. After outgrowing both QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics GP, Andretti partnered with Enavate to evaluate a more flexible, cloud-based solution.

Enavate recommended Dynamics 365 Business Central, delivering a platform that not only supported Andretti’s expansion plans but also reduced infrastructure costs compared to maintaining on-premises servers. With Business Central, Andretti centralized banking, procurement, payroll, daily cash receipts, and financial reporting into a single system that now serves as the foundation of its financial operations.

The move to Business Central drove measurable results, including a faster financial close (reduced from 10 days to 3–5 days), significant reductions in manual processes, improved purchasing compliance, and real-time access to financial data across locations. Despite continued growth, Andretti does not anticipate adding accounting or IT staff due to the efficiencies gained.
