10 Dangers to Avoid in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Training: Convenient Training

Danger: One of the dangers in Microsoft Dynamics 365 training is not providing training opportunities to learners at their convenience. Especially core team members and subject matter experts will be very busy during D365 implementation with meetings, testing activities, etc. In many cases, these team members also have regular day to day jobs in addition to their implementation roles. If they are not given flexibility around how to use their time, they may burn out or may not be as effective and efficient.

How to avoid: Avoid this danger by first acknowledging that D365 team members' time is limited and valuable. Providing them training opportunities through different means will give them flexibility to use their time the best way. These means can be online training, online meetings, one-on-one sessions, classroom training, etc. The key is to give multiple choices to them, so that they can make the best decision around how to use their time effectively.

Online training is of course a great option for this as the team members can consume the training materials when they need it. But the key is still to give different options to them so that they have the flexibility they need.
