Rob has been working with Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 since 2002 and is currently a Principal in the Microsoft Practice at Sikich, where he leads AI initiatives within the Dynamics 365 practice. Prior to joining Sikich, Rob was Practice Director at Solution Partners NA, where, as the first employee, he helped build a thriving Dynamics AX practice with a team of over 20. His leadership contributed to multiple Microsoft President’s Club awards, Partner program achievements, and ultimately the practice’s acquisition by Sikich in 2006.

In recent years, Rob has driven Sikich’s successful expansion into the Life Sciences vertical and led participation in the Dynamics AX ‘7’ TAP program, which included pre-sales presentations, licensing navigation, Azure infrastructure design, and solution design oversight.
