Chris Mahanes prides himself on his ability to help businesses employ Provance ITSM to improve operations and provide better IT support. With over 8 years in the ITSM industry, 6 years at Provance and with various Microsoft certifications, Chris brings his in-depth knowledge of ITSM, ITIL and Dynamics 365 to provide additional insights to businesses allowing them to improve the quality of their service delivery and their bottom line. Prior to joining Provance, Chris worked at AlfaPeople as the CRM Support Manager, providing end-user training, assisting implementations, and advising on ITSM. With Provance ITSM, Chris can help business leverage ITSM best practices based on the ITIL framework, everything from incident management to comprehensive ITSM workloads, while also benefiting from the power of the Dynamics 365 platform.
