Rowland Dexter has over 35 years’ experience in the IT industry. Working originally for the aviation industry and then for IBM for 15 years, in roles as diverse as hardware engineering, technical consulting and business management.

Rowland is the co-founder and Managing Director for QGate Software, a Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM implementation partner and ISV, specializing in Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) and data deduplication solutions.

Rowland believes passionately that a well implemented CRM system can provide benefits to any organisation, as it does for QGate. As a CRM evangelist and a thought leader, Rowland has been actively involved, with speaker and panel board activities, in the CRM User Group community worldwide. He is also a valued member of the Microsoft SMB Partner Advisory Council.
