Tom began his career within Technology recruitment in 2007, working for an award winning, multinational ASX listed agency in Sydney covering multiple industry sectors. At the end of 2010 Tom moved to London where he began recruiting exclusively into the EMEA Microsoft Dynamics channel, gaining experience delivering into tier 1 consultancies, before specifically upporting multinational and local end user clients.

Tom is now working with Dynamo Recruitment, where he is a Principal Consultant
in their technology team, working to further develop their Dynamics AX/CRM recruitment practice, covering Australia, South East Asia and New Zealand. Operating exclusively within the MS Dynamics sector, Tom provides BAU & project resources to organisations requiring functional & technical skill sets. This includes Programme/Project Managers, Lead Functional Analysts/ Technical Consultants, Analysts, Developers and Data/Reporting Consultants.

Tom has developed an extensive knowledge of the domestic and global MS Dynamics market, understanding what end user clients and consultancies need to achieve their business objectives. His focus is on quality and building mutually beneficial long term relationships with the Dynamics community.
