Duncan Cox has been working with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and its predecessor, Dynamics AX, for 23 years. He was instrumental in the development of Demand Forecasting when Dynamics AX had no forecasting functionality at all, and since then has been primarily responsible for the functional design of the product and for marketing it to Customers and Dynamics Partners around the world.  He is a Director of Farsight Solutions having jointly established it in 2015 to focus solely on Demand Forecasting.
