What's coming at D365 Partner Day and why you should be in the room

There's a pattern that repeats itself across Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner organisations of every size. A client reports a performance issue. The team starts digging. Hours pass, maybe days. The root cause is eventually found buried in logs, hidden in an overlooked process, or traced back to an update that never received the proper validation.
These blind spots in client solutions are costing partners more than they realize - in time, in margin, and in client trust.
On June 16, XPLUS is hosting D365 Partner Day: a full-day online event built specifically for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM partners who want to move from reactive to proactive. The theme is simple: See more. Fix less. Deliver better.
Why this event, and why now
The D365 Finance and Operations ecosystem is evolving fast. One Version updates arrive on a rolling basis. AI agents are beginning to reshape how ERP systems operate. And clients continue to expect stability and performance that partners are often not yet equipped to guarantee.
The partners who will lead in this environment are not necessarily the ones with the most certifications or the longest client lists. They are the ones that see what is happening inside their clients' systems in real time and take action before problems escalate.
D365 Partner Day is built around that shift with five live sessions, each focused on a distinct capability area and grounded in real-world use cases and live demonstrations.
The event opens with an analysis of current market conditions: where demand is moving, what capabilities clients are beginning to expect, and what partners risk by not building them. The context matters, because the rest of the day only makes sense if you understand what is at stake.
From there, five sessions cover the capabilities that sit at the heart of modern D365 partnership.
The first explores observability - what it actually means to have real-time visibility into a D365 FSCM environment, how it changes the way partners diagnose and manage client systems, and how it becomes the foundation for everything else discussed during the day. Attendees will see a live demo in a real F&SCM environment to see how quickly this capability can be deployed.
The second session turns to process mining - specifically, how combining Business Process Catalog data with real application usage reveals what is actually happening inside a client's processes, as opposed to what everyone assumes is happening. For anyone who has ever run a process optimisation engagement and discovered that the real bottleneck was nothing like what the client described, this session will feel immediately relevant.
The third session addresses test automation, not just as a practice for today's One-Version world, but as a foundation for the agentic systems that are beginning to appear inside enterprise ERP environments. As D365 evolves, the question of how to test a system that makes autonomous decisions becomes urgent. This session builds from first principles to where the field is heading.
The fourth session tackles performance monitoring from a different angle than most partners are used to: how to give partners full visibility into hardware configuration, database behaviour, and AOS performance. The goal is to empower partners to lead client conversations about performance, rather than react to them.
The day closes with a session on BC test automation, including a live demonstration of how automated regression testing can be set up in a Business Central client environment in under 24 hours. For partners managing multiple BC implementations across continuous update cycles, this session addresses one of the most persistent sources of margin erosion in the business.
Who is presenting
The sessions will be led by five XPLUS experts who work with D365 partners on a daily basis: Bartosz Szpiech (VP of Products), Krzysztof Stankiewicz (Head of Products), Mateusz Łukowiec (Head of Partnerships), Paweł Woźniak (Presales and Onboarding Manager), and Paweł Bączkowski (Solution and Business Value Architect).
Each presenter brings a combination of deep product knowledge and direct experience working inside real partner and client environments. The sessions are designed to be practical, direct, and immediately applicable, not aspirational.
One thing worth considering
The capabilities covered at D365 Partner Day - observability, process mining, test automation, performance monitoring - are not experimental. They are being used by partners right now to reduce diagnosis time, protect project margins, and deliver more stable systems to clients who increasingly expect that level of service.
The question is not whether these capabilities will become standard in the D365 partner market. The question is how quickly, and whether your organisation will be ahead of that curve or behind it.
