UXC Eclipse grows with Tectura North America acquisition

The US arm of UXC Eclipse has announced the acquisition of Tectura's North American business units for an undisclosed value.

The UXC Eclipse Microsoft Dynamics practice in the Americas already had expertise in retail, mining, mining services, asset intensive and print industries. UXC Eclipse said in a statement that it will extend this industry focus to include other verticals such as manufacturing and life science, where Tectura North America has strong market share.

Tectura Corporation is a service provider with employees in over 20 countries. They serve mid-sized companies and larger enterprises throughout the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific.  

UXC Eclipse are part of the publicly listed Australian IT solutions and services company, UXC Limited. For the 2013 financial year, UXC Limited reported revenues of AUD$594.3 (USD$525) million with EBITDA of AUD$38.7 million (USD$34.23).

Despite their size, Tectura has stayed somewhat off our radar recently.  They have a reputation as a strong performing Dynamics partner. In 2012 they were named Microsoft's US Public Sector's ERP Partner of the Year and Microsoft India's Dynamics CRM Partner of the Year (not the global CRM Partner of the Year award, which went to PowerObjects in 2012) and they have been in the Microsoft Inner Circle and President's Club for sales.
