Synergy Business Solutions in Seattle has acquired the Microsoft Dynamics SL practice of San Diego-based Rose Business Solutions. The companies said the deal necessary because of a shift in the business direction of Rose Business Solutions.

The companies said they have agreed to migrate Rose's Microsoft Dynamics SL clients, including those with project accounting and job costing, to Synergy.

Rose CEO Linda Rose said her company selected Synergy because it wanted to ensure that its Dynamics SL customers continued to receive the same quality service and support it had provided them over the years. She said it chose Synergy because it focused exclusively on Dynamics SL.

"Our focus here for many years has been on Dynamics GP and CRM and SL is only ten percent of our practice, so it made more sense to combine that part of our practice with somebody else who's just focused one hundred percent on the SL product," she said. "[Synergy's] expertise in project management and accounting and job costing will serve our clients extremely well."

Jered Cady, Executive Vice President of Synergy, said his company was happy to have acquired Rose's Dynamics SL customers and was glad to be able to support their businesses.

Cady said Synergy was in a great position to serve all its clients in California thanks to its growing staff of Dynamics SL consultants, including those in its office in North San Diego.
