Retail Realm 2014 in Las Vegas allowed Microsoft Dynamics for Retail officials to talk up their new release, set for May 1, in conjunction with Dynamics AX 2012 R3, including the new Retail Essentials. Central to explaining the new product's bells and whistles was Microsoft's Jeff Blucher. As principal program director, Blucher has been with Dynamics RMS since early on, and is also helping to guide Microsoft partners and customers into the next generation of retail management systems for SMBs. We sat down with him at the event to learn more about the future of retail solutions with Microsoft Dynamics.
