SAGlobal completes acquisition of LexisOne

SAGlobal has finalized its acquisition of the LexisOne practice management system, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, from LexisNexis. The acquisition is now part of SAGlobal's Legal360 offering for law firms, a Dynamics 365-based CRM suite that offers law firms a fully integrated business management system.

"We will be rebranding our entire legal solution portfolio under the Legal360 brand for continuity purposes, and will take these solutions to market directly through our SAGlobal offices in 20 countries," stated Whit McIsaac, CEO – Americas for SAGlobal, told MSDW.

The new system will offer law firms a number of capabilities, including marketing and business development, enterprise relationship management, time and cost tracking, billing and financial management, as well as human resource and talent management, he stated.

SAGlobal has been investing heavily in its Legal360 CRM suite, and will continue to do so to bring enterprise relationship management and relationship intelligence capabilities to the market, according to McIsaac. This includes incorporating advanced strategies for passive data collection, artificial intelligence, gamification, and advanced relationship analytics capabilities that leverage Power BI.
