Two Russia-based system integrators with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics solutions, Awara IT and Mindcore, are merging this month. The two companies intend to offer IT consulting services to Russian and international customers as early as December 01, 2018, and they will do so under Awara IT name.

Both companies been providing Microsoft Dynamics services in Russia and the CIS for over 10 years, including numerous joint projects. With their new structure, the companies plan to extend their presence on the international and Russian markets, as well as well as improve their ability to take on large projects, they stated in an announcement.

“Mindcore has proved to be a reliable partner, sharing the same corporate values as ours," commented Alexander Ermakov, Awara IT Managing Partner. "We believe that our partnership will be much more valuable than competition. Combining the know-how of two system integrators, the post-merger Awara IT will be able to offer extended competences, ERP localization, IFRS automation as well as implement vertical solutions."

As Ermakov told MSDW in a 2017 profile, Dynamics ERP and CRM solutions have room to grow in Russia and the CIS region.
