Resco Launches Offline Sync, GPS Tracking for Latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM Mobile Client

Microsoft Dynamics CRM mobile software solution provider Resco has announced it is now offering a hybrid solution that provides multiple modes of online and offline access to Dynamics CRM, according to company officials.

In online mode, the user works with live data sent to and from Dynamics CRM.  Connectivity can be further refined based on WiFi-only mode or manual control. In offline mode, the app works with the same features against a secure, local database and synchronizes with the CRM server. When the mobile device is once again connected to the internet, Resco Mobile CRM synchronizes its local database in the background so as not to interrupt the users work, officials said.
