Reconciliation view and scheduling a resource in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Project Service Automation (PSA) V3
I recently gathered some of my colleagues together to play with the reconciliation view in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Project Service Automation (PSA) V3. In a previous blog, I wrote about how to book a resource on a project task or a service ticket. That process is somewhat similar to the scheduling and reconciliation capabilities that PSA V3 offers. The difference is that the resource cannot be allocated on a task, but rather is booked to a project.
