Power Platform Updates: Power Pages; Power BI Report Server; Data Service Client; Connectors
One of the big stories for Power Platform watchers in the last month was the introduction of Power Pages, which Microsoft MVP and Power Portals veteran Nick Doelman calls the “fifth pillar” of Power Platform. Let's recap some of the other important Power Platform announcements in recent weeks.
Power Pages Updates
With the unveiling of Power Pages, Microsoft announced the availability of Dataverse image columns for Power Pages. Going forward, users will be able to display images stored in Dataverse tables or let end users upload images. Additionally, users can use web APIs, create Liquid scripts, or construct URLs for stored images.
The Power Pages team also touted WYSIWIG capabilities for Power Pages design studio, GA of the Dataverse search integration, and the CDN integration.
