PerformancePAM, a provider of talent management software, announced that it now offers out-of-the box integration with Microsoft Dynamics GP. Combined with the company's global setup options, the integration enables Dynamics GP customers to get started with PerformancePAM quickly and easily.

The integration means that there's no need to rekey employee data, guaranteeing the accuracy of employee information and giving managers the important employee information that makes managing employee and company growth and development even easier, according to the company.

"We are excited to announce the integration with Great Plains and welcome the opportunity to provide those users with a talent management tool that works hand in glove with their current HRMS," said Pamela Perryman, CEO of PerformancePAM, in a statement. "The Microsoft Dynamics GP integration gives clients the ability to make the most of the data in their HR system today when growing and developing their workforce."

PerformancePAM has customizable appraisal templates, visual progress tracking capabilities, automatic notifications, employee and organizational goal management, and employee journals, so organizations can get started quickly and have a complete employee appraisal solution that basically administers itself, according to company officials.

Recently PerformancePAM rolled out a software-as-a-service (SaaS) deployment option for its talent management software, managing the ongoing performance, server tuning, security, and the stability of PerformancePAM SaaS, officials said. In addition, PerformancePAM Talent Management achieved Gold status in Sage's Development Partner program after strong feedback from clients and partners, according to the company.
