New View Strategies welcomes new COO, co-founder takes CTO role

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV training and consulting firm New View Strategies announced an update to their executive team, hiring another industry veterans and shifting the responsibilities of one co-founder.

The company has hired NAV and Business Central veteran Andrea Hall as chief operating officer, where she will lead corporate development and growth planning.

Hall has 25 years of experience, most of it working with Dynamics NAV and Business Central. She spoke to MSDW in 2013 when she was director of IT at Stonewall Kitchen about the food company’s journey with Navision and Dynamics NAV starting in 1999. The company faced challenges related to shop floor data, payments management, shipping, warehouse management, and ERP upgrades, she explained.

In 2019, as Hall was preparing a conference session on project management and managing the customer-partner relationship, she told MSDW about her years of experience and outlook on ERP-related projects:

I'm so passionate about project management. And it's by scraping my knees for many, many years and bonking my head that I finally learned these lessons… There are so many tasks that are inside the organization that the partner sometimes doesn't even see. Never mind can they rally or figure out who's supposed to do it and hold them accountable.

With Hall's arrival, New View co-founder Kim Congleton has transitioned from COO to  CTO, according to the company. Congleton has worked on over fifty Business Central / NAV ERP and advanced warehousing projects throughout her career.
