New Rapid Implementation Book for Microsoft Dynamics ERP Released

Gloria Braunschweig's new book on rapid implementation, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics GP, is available now in soft cover on Amazon

In addition to the book, a supplemental Rapid Implementation web site has been developed to provide additional resources.

Along with process tips and a discussion of software tools, Braunschweig provides stories in the book, with chapter titles like A Square Egg, Count Your Eggs Before They Hatch, and Roasted Chicken - Yummy!

Early reviews on Amazon have been positive (perhaps not surprisingly).  According to Microsoft Dynamics GP MVP Mark Polino, the stories in the book are the big win for readers. "Gloria does a good job of covering the key pieces," he writes, "but the real gems in this book are the horror stories of implementations gone wrong. They are worth the price of the book by themselves."

The theme of rapid implementation is not going away any time soon in the Dynamics ERP channel.  Microsoft and its reseller partners want to make speed a key benefit of selecting Dynamics, especially in the SMB space.  Braunschweig's firm, Computeration, have been an early adopter of the latest release of RapidStart for Dynamics GP 2013 and they are developing their own proprietary tools for rapid implementation and deployment.
