Microsoft has rolled out two new offers for FY 2012 designed to help partners add new Dynamics ERP business as well as move more existing customers to Business Ready Licensing (BRL).

Additionally, Microsoft is launching a partner incentive to ensure it's rewarding partners for delivering results, according to Kevin Machayya, senior marketing manager for Microsoft's US subsidiary.

Microsoft has announced the new Customer Volume ERP FY12 SMB Offer - ‘Give Me 5' to help drive new Dynamics ERP business as well as the "License Model Transition (LMT) Offer" for customers that want to transition from Module Based Licensing (MBL) to BRL.

Through the Give Me 5 SMB offer, which is available from Oct. 3, 2011-June 22, 2012 for Dynamics GP, NAV, and SL, Advanced Management customers and Business Essentials customers will pay $3,000 for five users. The offer requires a standard one-year BREP (Business Ready Enhancement Plan) at the list price for five users. The Give Me 5 Offer is only for new customers who haven't previously licensed a Microsoft Dynamics ERP product and can only be used once per customer.

Microsoft also launched the promotion with the intention to help partners compete in new deals and close deals quickly.

The incentive for partners to drive SMB Volume results will be paid by the end of August 2012 in the form of a rebate check based on the number of qualifying SMB customers a partner signs up.

For example, if a partner adds:

  • 20-29 qualifying customers it will received $25,000
  • 30-39 customers it will get $35,000
  • 40-49 customers, $45,000
  • 50 or more customers, $60,000
