Microsoft Releases Sure Step 2012 with Methodology Updates, New Material for Dynamics AX 2012, CRM 2011

Microsoft has launched Sure Step 2012 with updated content and services, mainly focusing on the release of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 but also including methodology updates and new content for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 on-premise and online.

"Prior to this launch, Sure Step was not actually aware of the new AX 2012 upgrade process, or a lot of the other new concepts for new implementations as well," according to this blog post by Brandon George, Senior Technical Architect at Sunrise Technologies Inc.

Dynamics NAV MVP Vjekoslav Babic told MSDynamicsWorld.com there is a lot that's new in Sure Step 2012, although he admits he's not sure if that's the good news or the bad news.
