Day two of the Dynamics 365 customer engagement app executive briefing for partners has concluded, and like day one, attendees have generously shared many of the updates from the event.

The day focused largely on the Dynamics 365 SMB sales and marketing apps. Microsoft will reportedly offer a private preview in July and a public preview at some later date. The update on timing sounded like another  delay, and there were some notes of disappointment over that realization.

Judging by Twitter reaction to today's briefing, a few topics were of particular interest including virtual entities, SMB app customization, the marketing automation capabilities of the SMB marketing app, and the divide between enterprise and SMB solutions.
