Microsoft expands multiparty private offers in Marketplace
Microsoft is expanding multiparty private offers in Microsoft Marketplace to reach more goegraphies. On May 27, the capability will be available across 30 European countries with expansion to Japan, Australia, and South Africa slated for July 15.
The company aims to make it simpler for partners to use Marketplace to collaborate on deals, scale across borders, and run transactions.
Multiparty private offers give channel partners and publishers a way to coordinate commercial terms, transacting deals within the same platform, with the goal of boosting time to value and deal velocity, according to Microsoft. Channel partners will benefit from more strategic engagement and co-sell with Microsoft, plus ways to strengthen their position as trusted advisors. For publishers, the approach provides new ways to scale through channel partners to reach customers.
“[W]e are enhancing Marketplace through continued investment in platform capabilities, tooling, and partner enablement. That includes deeper partner activation, streamlined onboarding, and new co-sell and discovery experiences, so partners can engage early and drive strategic outcomes with customers,” wrote Microsoft CVP and Chief Partner Officer Nicole Dezen.
Microsoft deployed Microsoft Marketplace in September 2025 to unify Azure Marketplace and AppSource. It launched with 3,000 AI agents and apps newly available with a resale enabled offers feature–essentially an earlier version of multiparty private offers–in preview.
