Microsoft Dynamics Salary Survey 2013: Tracking Shifts in Pay, Geography

Pssst . . . wanna know how much that guy in the cubicle next to you is being paid? Or do you want him to be green with envy at how much you make?

If so, it's time to participate in Nigel Frank International's 2013 salary survey. The goal of this fifth annual survey, which is open until May 1 - preliminary results will be available for Convergence 2013 - is to shine a light on the latest data for Microsoft Dynamics professionals on trends in salary, demographics, and sentiment.

OK so maybe you won't know exactly how much the bank account of that particular guy next to you swells every week (or bi-weekly) but you will have an understanding of what permanent employees and freelance workers in each of the Dynamics markets make. You'll also find out whether partners or end user organizations pony up the most cash for people with Dynamics expertise.

Employers can use the results to determine how well they are paying their current employees as well as to gauge how much they should be paying for new hires, according a spokesperson for the recruiting firm. Employees, of course, want to know if they should be paid more.

One of the trends Nigel Frank is tracking this year is how many employees are moving between countries, particularly to the United States as well as to Australia and New Zealand- countries with the highest paid Dynamics employees - from Europe, the spokesperson said.

Nigel Frank is also tracking why employees move from partner to partner, partner to end user, or end user to partner, he said.
