InterDyn BMI acquires Commerce Systems Group in mid-Atlantic US

Microsoft business solutions provider InterDyn BMI (InterDyn Business Microvar, Inc.) has acquired Commerce Systems Group, effective immediately.

With the addition of Commerce Systems Group, InterDyn BMI, which has multiple US locations across the Central and Southeast regions, adds a mid-Atlantic presence for expanded delivery of Microsoft Dynamics ERP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, company officials said.

John Hendrickson, CEO of InterDyn BMI, said Commerce Systems Group brings some great Dynamics NAV and GP people, experience, and customers to InterDyn BMI.

Hitachi Solutions Acquires Consulting Firm Ideaca

Hitachi Solutions America Ltd. announced in December that Hitachi Solutions Canada Ltd., has acquired Ideaca, a Canadian-based consulting company to better meet the needs of its Canadian customers. Hitachi Solutions America offers solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics AX.

"This strategic acquisition underscores Hitachi Solutions' commitment to meeting the unique needs of the Canadian market," said Mike Gillis, Chief Operating Officer, Business Solution Group, Hitachi Solutions America, in a statement. "Ideaca's proven leadership and reputation for delivering benefit-driven solutions is an ideal fit for our expansion."
