Tech firm Kopis acquires Intelice's ERP Group

Kopis, a tech firm that specializes in enterprise-level app development and ERP services, has purchased the ERP Group of Intelice Solutions. Kopis forecasts revenue growth of 33% heading into 2023 as a result of the acquisition.

Intelice's ERP practice specializes in cloud and on-premise ERP services that use the Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV platform. The acquired Intelice division works with more than 50 clients, particularly in the non-profit sector The acquisition involving Intelice's ERP division means that Intelice can continue to focus on providing leading cloud-managed services, according to the companies.

"This acquisition means that we are able to serve Kopis's clients and Intelice's clients with cutting-edge ERP services, including the best-in-class Business Central ERP platform, for years to come," said Andrew Kurtz, founder and CEO of Kopis.

ANS and Peppermint Technology join forces to deliver Dynamics 365 solutions to the legal sector

Digital transformation specialist ANS has partnered with legal software company Peppermint Technology to offer customers in the legal sector implementations of the Peppermint CRM solution. A Microsoft ISV, Peppermint Technology has tailored Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM exclusively for the legal sector.

This partnership combines ANS' Dynamics 365 implementation experience with Peppermint’s expertise and experience across the legal sector to deliver Peppermint CRM using ANS’ unique Customer Owned Rapid Engagement (CORE) delivery methodology, according to the companies.
