DynamicPoint Rolls Out New Version of SharePoint Expense Management Product for Microsoft Dynamics GP, NAV

DynamicPoint has rolled out SharePoint Expense Management 2.0, the latest version of its solution for Microsoft Dynamics GP and Dynamics NAV

The product, which is available now, works with Dynamics NAV 2009, Dynamics GP 2010, or Dynamics GP 10, and SharePoint 2010. The new version allows employees to manage their expenses from virtually anywhere with mobile phone capabilities to capture and upload expense receipts on the run, according to the company. And by leveraging SharePoint, it provides workflow integrated with Outlook for review, approval, robust document management.

Armanino Consulting Completes Integration of Microsoft Dynamics AX and Camstar MES for dpiX

Armanino Consulting has announced that dpiX LLC has completed the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX across the company as well as the integration of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 with Camstar MES (manufacturing engineering system) to streamline the production of digital X-ray sensors used in digital X-ray equipment. 

Armanino Consulting worked with dpiX to integrate the two systems and eliminate redundant business processes.

Camstar MES captures the great level of detail required to produce the digital X-ray sensors. By integrating Dynamics AX with the MES system, dpiX can seamlessly map all financial, inventory, labor, processing, and equipment depreciation costs associated with the production process. The integration automates work that had previously been done manually but three or more fully dedicated full-time staff members, according to company officials. The daily process of managing error logs in the workbench has now become a secondary quality control system.
