Assistance Software Signs Agreement with Fugro

Assistance Software, an Amsterdam-based Microsoft ISV, has announced that Fugro, the a global integrator of geotechnical, survey, subsea and geosciences services has chosen the Assistance PSA Suite for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

The solution will enable Fugro to manage the entire process from proposal to invoice. Fugro will be deploying the Assistance PSA Suite for over 12,000 employees worldwide, according to company officials.

The PSA Resource Sheet provides Fugro an overview of project actuals and allows for adding hours, equipment and fees in a single sheet per project. Additionally, the extended standard Dynamics CRM equipment module with equipment rates will help Fugro keep track of the use of its equipment, from geotechnical vessels to positioning systems, officials said.

"At Fugro we have many projects running simultaneously, with even more resources to keep track of," said Maarten Voogt, manager business applications, Fugro ICT B.V., in a statement. "We need one solution that everybody can use to manage all our opportunities, projects, resources, timesheets and billing, tightly integrated with our financial system. That is exactly what we got with the Assistance PSA Suite."
