New Alithya 365 offerings extend Microsoft digital investments

Alithya Group inc. has rolled out its new Alithya 365 Powerhouse Playbook (PHP), a combination of advisory services, practical hands-on training, and Microsoft Power Apps that can extend the functionality in Dynamics 365 business applications as well as non-Microsoft business applications. The company created the Alithya 365 Powerhouse Playbook to offer organizations practical guidelines on how to securely build enterprise scale Power Apps, according to the company. The offerings also include:

  • Alithya 365 Power Apps for Healthcare: This offers physician and provider referral, relationship management physician liaison and practice support, phone call analytics, and community health tracking.
  • Alithya 365 Power Apps for Manufacturing: This provides business forecasting, account planning, credit history, contracts, asset tracking, equipment sales tracking and service history, warranty coverage, work order history, claims processing and returns.

In part, the Alithya 365 PHP is intended to help companies accelerate the adoption of Power Apps projects and features coaching to train users at all levels to create low-code business apps following best practices for compliance and security, the company noted. Once they're built, Alithya offers service options to support the internal Power Apps.

"Organizations need an easy way to educate and train their employees to leverage the Microsoft Power Platform with its Power Apps," said Ryan Casey vice president, customer experience, Alithya Microsoft Practice.
