Inogic has launched three AI-powered solutions aimed at improving decision-making in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM: Predict4Dynamics, SharePoint Knowledge AI Search, and Next Best Action.

The new solutions are built on Azure Machine Learning and Azure OpenAI. They bring predictive analytics, AI-powered document search and intelligence, and real-time recommendations directly into CRM workflows, helping sales, customer service, marketing, and finance teams make faster and smarter decisions, according to the company.
