XContent Business Solutions signs three-year deal to help scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice

XContent Business Solutions, a South African Microsoft Azure Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions provider, has signed on to use Seer365's GYDE365 platform to boost its operational efficiency and improve the customer experience within the Dynamics 365 arena. XContent offers companies pre-packaged D365 CRM solutions for sales, marketing and service as well as customized CRM solutions and specialized Dynamics 365 CRM offerings for education, property management, and non-profit organizations, according to the company.

"As we look to scale our Dynamics 365 business, we have been exploring technologies and processes that will enrich our customer journey and contribute to our growth," said Danie de Lange, managing director of XContent. "We will be adopting all Seer’s GYDE365 applications."

Queue Associates, a Microsoft solutions partner, expands its APAC presence to Chennai, India

Queue Associates has opened its new India offices in Chennai, further strengthening its presence and capabilities in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.

The Chennai location provides licensing coverage and 360-degree services across a number of nations and territories, according to the company. The India team, led by regional director Arun Kumar, collaborates closely with Queue's Hong Kong and global headquarters.
