enChoice announces merger with Adjacent Technologies

Microsoft partner enChoice has completed its merger with Adjacent Technologies. The combined company, which will operate under the enChoice Inc. brand, will relocate its headquarters to Austin, Texas, while keeping its offices in Tempe, Arizona, and Shelton, Connecticut.

enChoice will now offer solutions and support to organizations of all sizes. The merged group will concentrate on solutions leveraging a variety of ERP systems, including Dynamics, according to officials of the combined company.

"This merger, coupled with our recent acquisition of ImageTag, propels enChoice into a prime position to become a significant player in the digital transformation market, across a wide range of customers and technologies," stated Tony White, CEO of enChoice.
