Sylogist acquires InfoStrat, extends market reach in public sector

Sylogist Ltd. has acquired Information Strategies Inc. (InfoStrat) for $3.5M CDN ($2.5M USD), subject to working capital adjustments. The transaction closed on April 21, 2020.

InfoStrat caters to federal and state governments and not-for-profit organizations throughout the United States. A Microsoft Gold partner, Infostrat provides software solutions and professional services based on its proprietary intellectual property that uses Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement and SharePoint at its core, according to a statement.

"InfoStrat is an excellent fit with Sylogist's public sector and not-for-profit/NGO customer base and technology platform," according to the statement. Both businesses use Microsoft Dynamics 365 at the foundational level and deliver complementary solutions, often to the same target markets.
