Microsoft Dynamics Partner Roundup: Municipal contract; New executive; ISV acquisition

Digia receives municipal services contract

Finnish partner, Digia, received a nine million euro contract to provide Dynamics 365 services to municipalities in Finland. Through the contract, Digia will centralize citizen data, provide Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities, and Power Platform for the Tiera municipality. To date, the company has worked with the City of Helsinki, Finnish universities, and large enterprises providing Dynamics, API, and data analytics services.

Now municipalities and wellbeing services counties have at their disposal ready, effective CRM solutions and the professionals to support them, enabling better services and significant productivity gains at both the regional and national levels. The solution also works excellently as a stakeholder management tool,” said director of Digia’s Customer Applications & Power Platform unit Samuli Forsman.

Ciellos names new executive vice president

Los Angeles-based partner, Ciellos, named Joseph Corigliano as its new Executive Vice President. Corigliano has worked with Microsoft partner organizations for 30 years and is expected to spearhead a new business service helping customers manage the growing complexity of partnership with Microsoft. Additionally, Corigliano will lead Ciellos’ “Everything Dynamics” practice.
