Inogic announces Maplytics enhancements to empower Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service with Maps

Inogic, a Microsoft Gold ISV for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform, has announced a series of enhancements to its flagship app, Maplytics. Maplytics integrates D365 CRM with Bing Maps for location-based intelligence.

"We’ve been working on the suggestions of our partners and clients and the app can be used as a cool sidekick with its ability to create territories in several ways, its user-friendly and detailed resource optimization function, its out-of-the-box features such as census data and land area mapping, heat map analysis, etc.," stated the tech lead of the Maplytics team.

Maplytics now offers real-time tracking of field reps in terms of the routes plotted for their travel and the routes they take, according to the company. The reps can also visualize their navigation directions on Waze, Google Maps, and Apple Maps and they can have a three-dimensional view of their travel streets.

Sagacity launches Datawise for Microsoft Dynamics and Shopify users

Data solutions company Sagacity Solutions Ltd has announced the launch of Datawise, a new embedded data cleansing tool for customer data within Dynamics 365 and Shopify systems. Developed in partnership with software developer Flores.nl, the tool is now available on AppSource and shortly in the Shopify App Store.

Datawise boosts the quality, accuracy, and completeness of marketing data with automated cleansing capabilities that can clean customer data in under an hour directly from within a source system, according to the companies.

The tool removes the need for organizations to extract data from source systems for cleansing and then import back for data updates, the companies said. This saves time and effort and also decreases the possibility of errors as a result of manual data extraction, cleansing, and import processes.
